Gregory Capobianco, the president of Windward Air Conditioning, brings decades of hands-on experience to the company. Starting his career in Connecticut, Gregory completed trade school and an apprenticeship program to become a licensed journeyman. After gaining invaluable experience working for a mechanical contractor, Gregory moved to Maui, where he spent seven years working for a reputable licensed contractor before founding Windward Air Conditioning in 1996.
